Your Mission:

• Enforce efficiency across all departments (no laxity tolerated)
• Monitor sales closers & delivery agents across Nigeria
• Ensure instant customer follow-ups via SniperCRM
• Track daily/weekly/monthly reports & waybills
• Manage inventory accountability
• Lead weekly team calls

Requirements:

• Proven track record in operations/business management
• Strict discipline & zero-tolerance for slacking
• Excellent follow-up & organizational skills
• CRM experience (SniperCRM knowledge is a plus)
• Takes ownership like it’s your own business

Compensation: ₦50,000 monthly + performance incentives & bonuses
