Source, edit, and deliver a minimum of 5 video ad creatives every working day — following our SOP while bringing your own creative instinct to each piece.
Identify repurpose-able TikTok videos relevant to our products and audience. Know what makes Nigerians stop scrolling and click the link.
Add compelling hooks, on-screen captions, and light edits using CapCut. You don't need to be a video editor — just know the basics and be ready to learn.
Design clean, effective visuals for ads and promotions on Canva when needed. Intermediate Canva skill is enough — we're not looking for a graphic designer.
Log daily creative output and flag what's gaining traction. Pitch fresh hooks, concepts, and angles based on what you're seeing in the market.
Browse TikTok daily for content that can be repurposed for our ads — UGC, testimonials, and trending formats that fit our products.
Add hooks at the top, clear captions, and light formatting to make raw videos ad-ready. Quick edits, big impact.
Design occasional static ads, product visuals, and promo graphics using Canva templates and your creative eye.

You don't need to be a pro designer or video editor. You need to be hungry, creative, disciplined, and obsessed with content that makes people buy.
You're active on TikTok and understand what content stops the scroll and drives action
You can use CapCut for basic video editing — hooks, captions, cuts — and you're comfortable learning more
You've used Canva before and can design clean, attractive graphics without overthinking it
You understand the Nigerian consumer — what they respond to, how they talk, and what moves them to buy
You're self-managed, disciplined, and can deliver remotely without constant direction
Volume doesn't scare you — 5 creatives a day is the starting point, not the ceiling
Bonus: You've worked with an e-commerce or product brand before, even informally
