Position Summary

The purpose of this role is to provide an amazing experience to Right Pick Store and it's customers

You will help Right Pick Store take desired actions… by providing excellent customer service delivery

Doing this will directly contribute to revenue growth for the company by product purchase, referrals & brand goodwill.

Every day, you will have the opportunity to provide leads and customers with a positive and high-quality experience with your amazing customer service skill

You will be responsible for processing orders, tracking customer interactions with their orders, tracking deliveries, while responding to positive and constructive customer inquiries.

Typical customer service delivery, but with your magical touch.

You'll have the ability to swiftly gain customer confidence and trust - with your customer service skill

With this in mind, you’re the type of person that loves turning negative experiences into positive ones.

The position is partly proactive, partly reactive.

Day to day, you’ll be working with and continuously improving our CRM system, and customer service processes.

You’ll Be Accountable For These KPIs:

  • Order Closing Rate: How many orders were closed with regards to the number of orders assigned to you daily?
  • Product Delivery Rate: How many orders were delivered when compared to the number of orders gotten and assigned to you?

(We’ll explain the KPIs to you if you don’t understand what it’s about)

You MUST be:

  • High energy/high emotional intelligence, with the ability to motivate people with words.
  • Excited and able to clearly and confidently pitch our products to customers via phone and WhatsApp.
  • Systems-oriented; a long-term decision-maker; you’re not satisfied solving the same challenge more than once; you fix it the first time & create a process to fix it forever, like creating frequently asked questions.
  • Excited to change lives, one customer, at a time!
  • The capacity to work independently and collaboratively without compromising quality or accuracy.

NOTE: This position is FULL-TIME and VIRTUAL/REMOTE. Meaning you can work from anywhere. Most of the team here at Right Pick Store is located in Abuja. Preference for this position is someone working in Abuja.

Qualifications:

At Right Pick Store, we value work ethic, coach-ability, positive attitude, and past results you’ve delivered significantly more than your degree (or lack thereof), GPA, etc.

Have you delivered results in a similar role in the past? If so, that’s what we’re looking for… We’re not interested in your school degree [even though that is important] - we’re more interested in your results.

Required:

  • Comfortable communicating with upwards of 20+ customers per day online (mainly, phone calls and WhatsApp)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills (verbal and written)
  • Organized and able to handle daily tasks effectively
  • Focus on root issues, and fix them, instead of embracing quick-fix solutions.
  • Integrity, self-awareness and adaptability.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage a high volume of calls daily
  • Professional, trustworthy and discreet with confidential information.
  • Good problem-solving and multitasking ability
  • Willingness to learn and follow simple instructions
  • Have experience using Google Drive, Email, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), Google Meet & Facebook (in general)
  • Prior experience in a customer service role or a relatable role is an advantage.

Preferred:

  • At least 1 year of Customer Service at a company that has an online or offline presence.
  • Experience in an online business environment while dealing with prospects, leads and clients.
  • Can handle 20+ calls per day

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conducting research to clearly understand about the customer, the products, market trends, developments, and perceptions about our products - which will help build better concepts for pitching our products to customers
  • Study and master the framework of sales closing and the sales script as well.
  • Close and confirm leads on the phone and via WhatsApp
  • Track leads and orders closed inside our CRM
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone and WhatsApp
  • Process orders, track deliveries, and resolve complaints
  • Meet performance metrics, including call quality, response times, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analysing data to determine whether performance targets is being achieved.
  • Suggesting new ways to close orders, and handle customer inquiries that will enable the company get more customers

The Pay

  • N70,000 [Which could also increase as a result of bonuses on the basis of performance targets being met. This only happens after probation period is passed]
